Enabling LOGD team to manually edit dataset metadata (esp. when empty)

Our semi-automated conversion process leads to some datasets being listed without some critical metadata. For example, in our catalog listings for datasets such as I see empty columns for "Title," "Description" and "Agency." As curators of the converted datasets we should provide the ability for at least our team to click into "empty" descriptions and add MANUAL metadata, annotated and managed as such. Q: What it would take for us to provide the ability, from the LOGD dataset description page (AuthZ'd user of course) or otherwise, to enter metadata into The Graph? I would expect to see a form showing the current state of the metadata, whether it was automatically generated, and the ability to either "lock" it or allow automated updates to delete it. Perhaps better, we would have separate manual and automatic metadata fields, with the ability when generating lists (such as the catalog) to display one, the other or both. This is both a Drupal and LOGD data architecture question... John
